Iran is prepared to restart atomic negotiations with Washington on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations worked, and disclosed fresh requests had come from go-betweens to resume discussions with the Trump administration.
